A New Way Of Doing Business
Because All Real Estate Agents Are Not Created Equally
There is great satisfaction in knowing you've done your job well and served your clients' interests. That's why it gives me particular satisfaction when clients take the time to acknowledge their satisfaction by providing testimonials.
Take a look at what clients would like to share about Jasmine's personal approach to real estate.........
"Jasmine Megrabyan was highly recommended by our niece who knew she would be very helpful. Having her as our Realtor was a pleasure for me and my brothers because we had no idea the steps involved in selling our mother’s home.
From the start she made sure we were all together and sat with us explaining what needed to be done. She always made sure we understood the details of what goes into getting the house ready to sell and for showings. Knowing that the house was our childhood home, she always made us feel we were her only clients, helping in every way she could.
For over two months she took care of everything making sure we had the house clean, and that any issues were addressed and taken care of beforehand. Jasmine was available to us at any time with all of our questions. There was never a time she didn't have answers for us, and she was very understanding and VERY patient with us knowing we never had gone through this process before.
Jasmine always kept us informed with everything we needed to know with offers and negotiations with possible buyers. She also helped my brother Richard find a home while selling our mother’s home. She made sure he was OK and settled in his new home. We were all relieved and grateful she was able to find him something he could afford, and still be close to us in the area.
Jasmine turned something that could have been a difficult hard time for us, into a blessing.
We are all very grateful for her knowledge and skills as a Realtor, and for all that she has done for our family with the sale of our childhood home."

"We recently had the pleasure to work with Jasmine Megrabyan as our Realtor, she went above and beyond to make the sale of our house seamless and stress less. It was an amazing experience as Jasmine was very professional but also had that personal touch that made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole selling process. Jasmine made herself available to answer questions and offer guidance when needed, even at a moment’s notice. Jasmine kept us posted and up to date with everything. We highly recommend Jasmine as your Realtor, you won't be disappointed! Thank You Jasmine!"

"Relocating from Arizona to Los Angeles, CA was a tranquil process, due to the experience and expertise of our realtor Jasmine Megrabyan. She is a first-class Realtor and will be of great help and support all steps of the way for any of her clients. Despite the uncertainty that a pandemic brought upon relocating, Jasmine went above and beyond to make the transfer pleasant.
Before relocating to California, our relationship started with detailed phone calls and emails that covered information and future steps. Jasmine kept us informed and helped us search for our future home. She found a place that met all our requests and personally video toured the home we now live in. Jasmine addressed any questions or concerns we had while onsite.
Moreover, even when moving in, she was present and helped us view the home for the first time to ensure it was exactly what we had signed up for. Jasmine has become more than a realtor and continues to ensure we are getting settled in by answering any questions, home-related or not, we have about the LA area. We are delighted with the relationship we have built and look forward to her honest work for future home endeavors."

"When we first met Jasmine Megrabyan, we had a feeling she might be pretty good at her job. It wasn’t long after our first meeting that we knew Jasmine was the best Real Estate agent we ever had the pleasure to work with. Her attention to detail is unparalleled. Added to that, she has an incredible marketing team.
Jasmine stayed in contact with us every day. She never left us wondering what the next step would be. Her ability to relate to her clients and her negotiating skills come naturally.
Jasmine Megrabyan did her very best to earn top dollar for the sale of our home. She makes it seem effortless, but we know she has a very strong work ethic. Thanks to Jasmine, we have been able to retire to our new home in Arizona!"

Tip #1: Wants and Needs
When beginning the search for your
dream home it is always best to sit down
and make a list of your “wants and needs” early-on in the process. Understand that
this list will most likely change as you learn more about the housing options in your desired demographic area. However, whatever the conisderation may be, determining features and amenities that
you consider “absolutes”, will definitely
make the search for your dream home
a lot easier! Remember this is your
"Lifestyle By Design."
Tip #2: Preview The Area
Before you buy, get the lay of the land – drop by morning noon and night. Drive by the house at all hours of the day to see what’s happening in the neighborhood. Do your regular commute from the house to make sure it is something you can grow accustomed to on a daily basis. Find out how far it is to the nearest grocery store and other services. Even if you don’t have children, research the schools because it affects the value of your home in a very big way.
Tip #3: Keep An Open Mind
It’s important to have an open mind when you’re looking for your new home, especially for many first-time buyers who are on a budget. Make sure you’re being realistic for what is available in the area that you want to live in, while also staying within your budget. Remember that many cosmetic items in a home can be replaced pretty easily without spending too much. And it can be fun to have a few small projects to make your first home your own!
Tip #4: Pick The Right Home Type
Weigh the pros and cons of different types of homes, given your lifestyle and budget. A condominium or townhome may be more affordable than a single-family home, but shared walls with neighbors will mean less privacy.
Don't forget to budget for Homeowners Association fees when shopping for condos and townhomes, or houses in planned or gated communities.
Think about your long-term needs and whether a starter home or forever home will meet them best. If you plan to start or expand your family, it may make sense to buy a home with extra room to grow.
Tip #5: Stick To Your Budget
A lender may offer to loan you more than
what is comfortably affordable, or you may
feel pressure to spend outside your comfort zone to beat another buyer’s offer.
To avoid financial stress down the road, set a price range based on your budget, and then stick to it.
It is good practice to look at properties below your price limit to give some wiggle room for bidding in a competitive market.
